Annual presentation to Council by Executive Director, Linda Digby.

To rezone the subject property from RU1 – Large Lot Housing to RM3 – Low Density Multiple Housing to facilitate the development of multi-family housing.

To give Bylaw No. 11648 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RM3 - Low Density Multiple Housing zone.

To rezone the subject properties to facilitate the development of a new industrial building.

To give Bylaw No. 11649 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone to the I2 - General Industrial zone.

To rezone the subject property to facilitate a carriage house.

To give Bylaw No. 11650 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

To consider a development application to rezone to RU2 – Medium Lot Housing to facilitate a potential future four lot subdivision

To give Bylaw No. 11652 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU2 - Medium Lot Housing zone.

To receive additional information with respect the rezoning of the subject property to the RU1c – Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone and to re-open the Public hearing.

To extend the deadline for adoption of Rezoning Bylaw No. 11337 to January 10, 2019.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11599 in order to early terminate Land Use Contract Nos. LUC77-1015 and LUC77-1082 on the subject properties.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11521 in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone to the RU6 - Two Dwelling Housing zone.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11632 in order to rezone the subject property from the RU6 - Two Dwelling Housing zone to the RU6b - Two Dwelling Housing with Boarding or Lodging House zone.

To approve the renewal of a specified area for the purpose of annually funding, over a 5-year period, the Kelowna Downtown Business Improvement Area.

To give Bylaw No.11645 first, second and third readings in order to re-establish a local area service for the purposes of annually funding the Kelowna Downtown Business Improvement Area. 

To consider the proposed Sign Bylaw update and associated updates to the Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw No.10475 .

To give BL11350 first, second and third readings in order to create a new Sign Bylaw.

To give Bylaw No. 11526 first, second and third readings in order to amend the Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw.

To consider amendments to the Soil Removal and Deposit Regulation Bylaw No. 9612 to include permitting and regulations for blasting.

To give Bylaw No. 11647 first, second and third readings in order to amend Soil Removal and Deposit Regulation Bylaw No. 9612. 

To provide Council with information as it relates to the feedback received during the first phase of public engagement for the 2040 OCP update and to provide staff with direction regarding the development of a preferred growth strategy for the OCP update.

Building on the OCP Facts in Focus series, the Transportation Fact-In-Focus will relate to topic based background papers on Our Kelowna as We Move, the City’s new transportation master plan. The first Facts in Focus topic concerns the value of transit and potential for mass transit in Kelowna.

To update the Financial Plan and amend the project budget to ensure that the City can remain in compliance with minimum requirements set out in the RBCF’s operating permit #108537 under the BC Environmental Management Act.
