To review a staff recommendation NOT to support a non-farm use application to the Agricultural Land Commission to allow an existing seasonal agri-tourism RV park to operate year-round.

Non-Development Reports & Related Bylaws

5.1

Enhanced Rental Housing Grant Program - Eligibility Criteria

To approve changes to the Rental Housing Grants Program for 2024/2025.

5.2

Second Quarter 2024 Financial Performance

To provide Council with information summarizing the City of Kelowna’s second quarter financial activity in alignment with the presentation of the 2024 Financial Plan reflecting activities through a service-based model.

5.3

Quarter two Amendment to the 2024 Financial Plan

To amend the 2024 Financial Plan to include quarter two budget changes outlined in this report.

5.4

Unsheltered Community Costs-Phase 1 Value for Money

To receive a report outlining the results of the Unsheltered Community Costs (Phase 1) Value for Money engagement as of June 30, 2024.

5.5

2024-2034 Community Works Fund Agreement

To provide signing authority for the 2024-2034 Canada Community-Building Fund agreement and amend the 2024 Financial Plan to reflect the new funding agreement.

5.6

Diking Authority Designation - Mill Creek Flood Protection Project

To provide approval to name the City of Kelowna as a Diking Authority for flood control structures as part of the Mill Creek Flood Protection project
