Annual presentation to Council by Simone Orlando, Artistic Director & CEO, Ballet Kelowna.

To rescind all three readings given to Rezoning Bylaw No. 11019 and direct staff to close the file.

To rescind first, second and third readings for Bylaw No. 11019 and close the file.

To waive a condition of adoption of Rezoning Bylaw No. 11359, and to forward the Bylaw for Final Adoption.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11359 in order to rezone the subject property from the RR2 – Rural Residential 2 zone RR2c – Rural Residential 2 with Carriage House zone.

To consider an application to terminate Land Use Contracts LUC76-1088 & LUC78-1024 and revert the 68 subject parcels within the McKinley Area of Kelowna to the underlying zone of RR3-Rural Residential 3.

To give Bylaw No. 11404 first reading in order to terminate Land Use Contracts LUC76-1088 & LUC78-1024 and revert the 68 subject parcels within the McKinley Area of Kelowna to the underlying zone of RR3-Rural Residential 3.

To give Bylaw No. 11440 first reading in order to amend the City of Kelowna Bylaw No. 8000 with housekeeping amendments.

To rezone the subject property from RU1 – Large Lot Housing zone to the RU6 – Two Dwelling Housing zone to facilitate a two lot residential subdivision.

To give Bylaw No. 11444 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU6 - Two Dwelling Housing zone.

To rezone portions of the subject properties from I1 – Business Industrial to I2 – General Industrial to facilitate the construction of two new industrial buildings.

To give Bylaw No. 11446 first reading in order to rezone portions of the subject properties as per Map A.

To amend the Official Community Plan to change the future land use designation to PARK – Major Park / Open Space (Public) for the entirety of the property.

Requires the majority of all members of Council (5)
To give Bylaw No. 11447 first reading in order to change the designation of portions of the subject property as per Map A.

To amend the Official Community Plan to change the future land use designation and to rezone the subject property to facilitate a six lot residential subdivision.

To give Bylaw No. 11448 first reading in order to change the Future Land Use designation for a portion of 1330 Mine Hill Drive as per Map A.

To give Bylaw No. 11449 first reading in order to rezone portions of the subject properties as per Map B.

To discharge the Land Use Contract LUC76-1087 from the subject parcel to facilitate subdivision of one lot into two lots.

To give Bylaw No. 11450 first reading in order to discharge Land Use Contract LUC76-1087 from the subject property.

To consider an application for the early termination of Land Use Contract LUC76-1087 and revert the parcels within the Clifton Road North Area of Kelowna to the underlying RR3 – Rural Residential 3 zone.

To give Bylaw No. 11451 first reading in order to terminate Land Use Contract LUC76-1087 and revert the 22 subject properties to the underlying zone of RR3 - Rural Residential 3.

To consider a staff recommendation to issue a Farm Protection Development Permit for a winery building.

To consider the form and character of the proposed 80-unit 5-storey multiple dwelling housing project on the subject property (Central Green).

To review the Form & Character Development Permit of a mixed-use (9-unit residential & 9-unit industrial) development.

To review the Form & Character Development Permit for a two storey 11-unit industrial building.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11368 in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU2 - Medium Lot Housing zone.

To provide Council information pertaining to the transfer of streetlight maintenance to the City of Kelowna from FortisBC and the purchase of the remaining streetlight inventory from the aforementioned.

Mayor to invite anyone in the public gallery who deems themselves affected by the proposed road closure to come forward.
To adopt Bylaw No. 11441 in order to close a portion of Clifton Road North.
