Mayor to invite the Applicant, or Applicant's Representative, to come forward.
To consider a Staff recommendation NOT to support a non-farm use application requesting permission in accordance with Section 20(3) of the Agricultural Land Commission Act to allow for a non-farm use to produce and process cannabis.

To consider an application to the Agricultural Land Commission for a Subdivision for the purpose of a Homesite Severance.

To consider an amended application for a non-farm use for a water reservoir and pump station, and for subdivision in the Agricultural Land Reserve.

A development application to rezone the subject property from the RU1 – Large Lot Housing zone to the RU2 – Medium Lot Housing zone to facilitate a proposed two lot subdivision

To give Bylaw No. 11691 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU2 - Medium Lot Housing zone.

To consider a Land Use Contract discharge and rezoning of the subject property from RR3 – Rural Residential 3 to RU1 - Large Lot Housing to facilitate a subdivision.

To give Bylaw No. 11693 first reading in order to discharge the Land Use Contract registered against the title to the subject property.

To give Bylaw No. 11694 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RR3 - Rural Residential 3 zone to the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone.

To rezone the subject property from RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House to allow an existing accessory structure to be used as a carriage house.

To give Bylaw No. 11695 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

Requires a majority of all members of Council (5).
To adopt Bylaw No. 11665 in order to change the future land use designation of a portion of the subject property from the EDINST - Education/Major Institutional designation to the HLTH - Health District designation.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11666 in order to rezone a portion of the subject property from the HD1 - Kelowna General Hospital zone to the HD2 - Hospital and Health Support services zone.

To consider the form and character of congregate housing on the subject property within the Abbott Street Heritage Conservation Area.

To amend Bylaw No. 11493 at third reading, and to adopt Bylaw No. 11493, in order to rezone the subject property from the I3 - Heavy Industrial zone to the I2 - General Industrial zone.

To review the Form and Character Development Permit of a two building 23 unit strata industrial development.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11673 in order to rezone the subject property from the I2 - General Industrial zone and C10 - Service Commercial zone to the C10 - Service Commercial zone.

Requires a majority of all members of Council (5).
To adopt Bylaw No. 11616 in order to amend the Official Community Plan based on the recommended actions presented in the Agriculture Plan.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11617 in order to amend the Zoning Bylaw based on the recommended actions presented in the Agriculture Plan.

Requires a majority of all members of Council (5).
To adopt Bylaw No. 11618 in order to amend the Official Community Plan based on the Agriculture Plan recommendations to ensure compliance with provincial standards.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11619 in order to amend the Zoning Bylaw based on the Agriculture Plan recommendations to update buffer specifications along agricultural properties.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11659 in order to amend the Zoning Bylaw to include updates pertaining to Cannabis Production and Retail Cannabis Sales.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11668 in order to amend the I3 - Heavy Industrial section in Zoning Bylaw No. 8000 to allow for a sit specific text amendment for thrift store use.

Requires a majority of all members of Council (5).
To amend Bylaw No. 11669 at third reading to reflect a new legal description and address, and to adopt Bylaw No. 11669, in order to change the future land use designation of the subject properties as per Map A.

To amend Bylaw No. 11670 at third reading to reflect a new legal description and address, and to adopt Bylaw No. 11670 in order to rezone the subject properties as per Map B.

To update the Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery Bylaw with regards to the addition of new burial plot inventory, updating fee schedules, as well as some housekeeping and language updates.

To give Bylaw No. 11664 first, second and third readings in order create a new Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery Bylaw.

To seek Council’s approval to amend the scope of the Interim Park Access project in the 2018 Financial Plan to improve access at the existing Poplar Point #1 Beach Access.

To provide Council with an overview of the infrastructure recovery and associated costs resulting from the 2018 Freshet Event.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11684 in order to amend the Development Application Fees Bylaw to include fees for rezoning to a retail cannabis sales subzone.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11688 in order to authorize the City of Kelowna to enter into a Housing Agreement with the Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11689 in order to authorize the City of Kelowna to enter into a Housing Agreement with 554764 BC Ltd.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11690 in order to authorize the City of Kelowna to enter into a Housing Agreement with 1017476 BC Ltd.
