The Mayor to invite the Applicant, or Applicant's Representative, to come forward.
To NOT consider amendments to the Zoning Bylaw for the CD15 zone – Airport Business Park zone in order to allow for six storey hotels within the area.

To consider an OCP amendment application from MRM – Multiple Residential (Medium Density) to MXR – Mixed Use (Residential/Commercial) and to consider a rezoning application on the subject property from the RM3–Low Density Multiple Housing zone to the C4 –  Urban Centre Commercial zone and a Text Amendment application to the C4 zone to facilitate the development of a five storey building with four floors of residential and one commercial ground floor unit.

To give Bylaw No. 11512 first reading in order to change the future land designation on the subject property from MRM - Multiple Residential (Medium Density) designation to the MXR - Mixed use (Residential/Commercial designation.

To give Bylaw No. 11513 first reading in order to amend Section 14 - Commercial Zones of Zoning Bylaw No. 8000.

To give Bylaw No. 11514 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RM3 - Low Density Housing zone to the C4 - Urban Centre Commercial Zone.

To support an application to the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC) for a Non-Farm Use to place up to 1372 cubic metres of fill to the property and reclaim to agriculture, under Section 20(3) of the Agricultural Land Commission Act.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11268 in order to rezone the subject property from the C9 - Tourist Commercial Zone to the C4 - Urban Center Commercial Zone.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11448 in order to change the Future Land Use designations of portions of the subject properties as per Map A.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11449 in order to rezone portions of the subject properties as per Map B.

To waive a condition of adoption of Rezoning Bylaw No. 11476 and to forward the Bylaw for adoption.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11476 in order to rezone the subject property from RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11495 in order to enter into a Heritage Revitalization Agreement between the City of Kelowna and Dr. Alan Broome Inc.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11501 in order to rezone the subject property from the I3 - Heavy Industrial zone to the I2 - General Industrial zone.

To update Council on the outcomes and analysis of the Housing Needs Assessment for the City of Kelowna, and to receive endorsement for next steps in the development of the Journey Home and Healthy Housing Strategies.

To close 0.247 ha of Capozzi Road for disposition and consolidation with adjacent properties.

To give Bylaw No. 11508 first, second and third readings in order to permanently close a portion of Capozzi Road.
