I would like to acknowledge that we are gathered today on the traditional, ancestral, unceded territory of the syilx/Okanagan people.

To receive a presentation on the UBC Okanagan Youth Engagement Project.

The City Clerk to invite the Applicant or Applicant's Representative to come forward.

To NOT support Agricultural Land Commission (ALC) applications to retroactively permit two additional residences on a parcel which has a principal residence that exceeds 500m2.

To support an application to the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC) for a Non-Adhering Residential Use permit (NARU) to allow for temporary farm help housing to accommodate forty-two (42) seasonal farm workers on the subject property.

To rezone portions of the subject property from the MF2 – Townhouse Housing zone to the VC1r – Village Centre Rental Only zone to facilitate the development of apartment housing. 

To receive a summary of notice of first reading for Rezoning Bylaw No. 12874 and to give the bylaw further reading consideration.

To give first, second and third reading to rezoning application.

To give Bylaw No. 12874 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject properties from the I1 – Business Industrial zone to the I2 – General Industrial zone.

To adopt Bylaw No. 12862 in order to update the Zoning Bylaw by updating regulations to address climate resiliency.

To adopt Bylaw No. 12863 in order to amend the Official Community Plan to change the future land use designation of portions of the subject property from the REC – Private Recreation designation to the IND - Industrial designation.

To establish a Revenue Anticipation Borrowing Bylaw, to allow flexibility to manage the cash flow demands of the City.

To give Bylaw No.12879 first, second and third reading.

To enter into a Liability Under Agreement with the Municipal Finance Authority to fund the acquisition of 289 Queensway and 1440 – 1460 Pandosy Street.

To provide an update on the long-term vision for rapid transit on the Richter Street corridor and advance the associated implementation strategy, timing, and corridor protection approach.
