Call to Order

I would like to acknowledge that we are gathered today on the traditional, ancestral, unceded territory of the syilx/Okanagan people.

To give Bylaw No. 12318 for a rezoning application at 2755 McCurdy Road first reading.

To give Bylaw No. 12318 first reading in order to rezone portions of the subject property from the A1 – Agriculture 1 zone to the RM3 – Low Density Multiple Housing, RM5 – Medium Density Multiple Housing, and P3 – Parks and Open Space zones.

To amend the Official Community Plan to change portions of the subject property from the S-RES – Suburban Residential designation to the NAT – Natural Area designation and to rezone the subject property from the RU1 – Large Lot Housing zone to the RU2 – Medium Lot Housing and P3 – Parks and Open Space zones to facilitate a 4-lot subdivision.

To give Bylaw No. 12320 first reading in order to amend the Official Community Plan for portions of the subject property from the S-RES - Suburban Residential designation to the NAT - Natural Areas designation.

Final 2040 Transportation Master Plan

To present the final 2040 Transportation Master Plan to Council for endorsement.

5.3

Water Street DCC Force Main Project - Budget Transfers

To increase budget for the Water Street DCC Force Main wastewater project to meet financial requirements to complete the works.

5.4

Sanitary Sewer Connection Area Program Financing Framework and Bylaw Amendments

To approve updates to the sewer connection area program financing framework, amend Bylaw No. 3480, and establish a new reserve fund.

5.5

BL12305 - Amendment No. 38 to Sewer System User Bylaw No. 3480

To give Bylaw No. 12305 first, second and third reading.

5.6

BL12316 - Septic Removal Specified Area Reserve Fund

To give Bylaw No. 12316 first, second and third reading.
