To receive an update from the Accessibility Advisory Committee and to endorse the final Accessibility Plan.

Burtch/Harvey Area Redevelopment Plan - ARP24-0001 OCP24-0012 (BL12788) - City of Kelowna

To endorse the Burtch/Harvey Area Redevelopment Plan and to amend the Official Community Plan to reflect the adoption of the Burtch/Harvey Area Redevelopment Plan.

Requires a majority of all members of Council (5).

To amend the Official Community Plan to reflect the adoption of the Burtch/Harvey Area Redevelopment Plan.

To amend the Zoning Bylaw to allow ‘Hotel / Motels’ as a principal use on the subject property.

To issue a Development Permit for the form and character of rental apartment housing.

To extend the deadline for adoption of Official Community Plan Amending Bylaw No. 12603 and Rezoning Bylaw No. 12604 to May 27, 2026.

2024 Consolidated Financial Statements

To receive a high-level review of the information provided to the Audit Committee during the meeting on May 2, 2025, to accept the Financial Statements per the legislative requirement, and to approve inclusion of the City of Kelowna Financial Statements in the annual report.

2024 Surplus from Operations

To approve the appropriation of $5,093,931 of unallocated surplus to reserves and accumulated surplus.

2025 UBCM Community Excellence Awards

To approve staff to apply to the 2025 UBCM Community Excellence Awards.
