To give Bylaw No. 11315 first reading to add the “rls” (Retail Liquor Sales) designation to the existing C4 – Urban Centre Commercial Zone, in order to permit the sale of BC wines on shelves in an existing grocery store.
To rezone the subject properties to the I6 – Low Impact Transitional Industrial zone for a RV storage facility.
