I would like to acknowledge that we are gathered today on the traditional, ancestral, unceded territory of the syilx/Okanagan people.

In accordance with the most recent Provincial Health Officer Order regarding gatherings and events, the public is currently not permitted to attend Council meetings in-person.  As an open meeting, a live audio-video feed is being broadcast and recorded on kelowna.ca.

To present Council with an update on 2021 Q1 public safety and crime data.

To rezone the property from the RU1 – Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c – Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone to allow for the construction of a carriage house, and to waive the Public Hearing.

To give Bylaw No. 12139 first reading in order to rezone the property from the RU1 – Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c – Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

To rezone the subject property from the RR3 – Rural Residential 3 zone to the RU2 – Medium Lot Housing zone to facilitate a two-lot subdivision, and to waive the Public Hearing.

To give Bylaw No. 12141 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RR3 – Rural Residential 3 zone to the RU2 – Medium Lot Housing zone.

To rezone the subject property from the RU1 – Large Lot Housing zone to the RU6 – Two Dwelling Housing zone to facilitate two detached single-family dwellings on the subject site, and to waive the Public Hearing.

To give Bylaw No. 12146 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 – Large Lot Housing zone to the RU6 – Two Dwelling Housing zone.

To consider an application to rezone the subject properties from the RU1-Large Lot Housing zone to the HD3r- Health Services Transitional (Residential Rental Tenure Only) zone to facilitate the development of a mixed-use building.

To give Bylaw No. 12194 first reading in order to rezone the subject properties from the RU1-Large Lot Housing zone to the HD3r- Health Services Transitional (Residential Rental Tenure Only) zone.

To amend the Official Community Plan Future Land Use from MRM – Multiple Unit Residential (Medium Density) to MXR – Mixed Use (Residential/Commercial) and to rezone the subject properties from the RM5 – Medium Density Multiple Housing zone to the C7r –Central Business Commercial (Residential Rental Tenure Only) zone to facilitate the development of a mixed-use multiple dwelling rental housing project.

Requires a majority of all members of Council (5).

To give Bylaw No. 12147 first reading in order to amend the Future Land Use designation for the subject properties from the MRM – Multiple Unit Residential (Medium Density) designation to the MXR – Mixed Use (Residential/Commercial) designation.

To give Bylaw No. 12148 first reading in order to rezone the subject properties from the RM5 – Medium Density Multiple Housing zone to the C7r –Central Business Commercial (Residential Rental Tenure Only) zone.

To consider an application to rezone the subject property from the RU1 – Large Lot Housing one to the RU1c – Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone to facilitate the conversion of an existing detached garage into a carriage house, and to waive the Public Hearing.

To give Bylaw No. 12213 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.
