Bylaws for Adoption (Development Related)

5.1

To adopt Bylaw No. 11590 in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

Portview Ave 150, Z18-0023 (BL11594) - Darcy & Martha Ruck

To adopt Bylaw No. 11594 in order to rezone the subject property from the RU2 - Medium Lot Housing zone to the RU2c - Medium Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

2013-2018 artsVest Program Wrap-up

To inform Council about the results of the 2013-2018 artsVest Program.

6.2

Snow and Ice Program Review, Additional Snow Routes

To provide Council with an update on the 2017/2018 Winter Snow Clearing effort, provide options to maintain or improve on existing service levels, and to update Traffic Bylaw No. 8120 to allow for additional designated snow routes.

6.3

BL11601 - Amendment No. 30 to Traffic Bylaw No. 8120

To give Bylaw No. 11601 first, second and third readings in order to amend the Traffic Bylaw for designated snow routes.

6.4

Agricultural Water Rate Design Community Engagement Results and interim water rate measures for SEKID integration

To inform Council of the engagement results from the agricultural water rate design consultation process and to consider interim water rate stability measures for existing SEKID and SOMID customers.

6.5

Budget Amendment – Kelowna Integrated Water Supply Plan Phase One

To amend the 2018 Financial Plan to include additional costs associated with the Kelowna Integrated Water Supply Project Phase One, SEKID/SOMID Transition and Infrastructure Project.

2018 Election Officer Appointments and Election Bylaws

To appoint the Chief Election Officer and Deputy Chief Election Officers and establish procedures for the conduct of the 2018 General Local Election.

BL11565 - 2018 General Local Government Election Bylaw

To give Bylaw No. 11565 first, second and third readings in order to create 2018 General Local Government Election.
