I would like to acknowledge that we are gathered today on the traditional, ancestral, unceded territory of the syilx/Okanagan people.

To support an application to the Agricultural Land Commission for a Non-Adhering Residential Use Permit application to allow Temporary Farm Worker Housing to accommodate 60 seasonal workers on the subject property.

To amend the zoning bylaw by adding CD28 – University of British Columbia Downtown Campus zone and to rezone a portion of the subject property from the C7 – Central Business Commercial zone to the proposed CD28 – University of British Columbia Downtown Campus zone to facilitate the orderly development of a university.

To give Bylaw No. 12415 first reading in order to add CD28 - University of British Columbia Downtown Campus to Zoning Bylaw No. 8000.

To give Bylaw No. 12416 first reading in order to rezone a portion of the subject property from the C7 – Central Business Commercial zone to the proposed CD28 – University of British Columbia Downtown Campus zone.

To rezone the subject property from the A1 – Agriculture 1 zone to the RU1c – Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone to facilitate the construction of a carriage house.

To receive a summary of notice of first reading for Rezoning Bylaw No. 12347 and to give the bylaw further reading consideration.

To give Bylaw No. 12347 first, second and third reading and adopt in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

To receive a summary of notice of first reading for Rezoning Bylaw No. 12391 and to give the bylaw further reading consideration.

To give Bylaw No. 12391 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

To give Bylaw No. 12392 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

To receive a summary of notice of first reading for Rezoning Bylaws No. 12396, 12397, 12398, 12399, 12400, 12401, 12402, 12403, 12404, 12405 and 12406 and to give the bylaws further reading consideration.

To give first, second and third reading to eleven rezoning applications within the Arab Rd/Appaloosa Rd area.

The following bylaws will be read together unless Council wants to separate one of the bylaws.

To give Bylaw No. 12396 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone to the I6 - Low Impact Transitional Industrial zone.

To give Bylaw No. 12397 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone to the I6 - Low Impact Transitional Industrial zone.

To give Bylaw No. 12398 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone to the I6 - Low Impact Transitional Industrial zone.

To give Bylaw No. 12399 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone to the I6 - Low Impact Transitional Industrial zone.

To give Bylaw No. 12400 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone to the I6 - Low Impact Transitional Industrial zone.

To give Bylaw No. 12401 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone to the I6 - Low Impact Transitional Industrial zone.

To give Bylaw No. 12402 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone to the I6 - Low Impact Transitional Industrial zone.

To give Bylaw No. 12403 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone to the I6 - Low Impact Transitional Industrial zone.

To give Bylaw No. 12404 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone to the I6 - Low Impact Transitional Industrial zone.

To give Bylaw No. 12405 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone to the I6 - Low Impact Transitional Industrial zone.

To give Bylaw No. 12406 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone to the I6 - Low Impact Transitional Industrial zone.

To receive a summary of notice of first reading for Rezoning Bylaw No. 12410 and to give the bylaw further reading consideration.

To give Bylaw No. 12410 first, second and third reading and adopt in order to rezone the subject property from the RR3 - Rural Residential 3 zone to the RU6 - Two Dwelling Housing zone.

To receive a summary of notice of first reading for Rezoning Bylaw No. 12411 and to give the bylaw further reading consideration.

To give Bylaw No. 12411 first, second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU2 - Medium Lot Housing zone.

To give Bylaw No. 12412 first, second and third reading and adopt in order to rezone the subject property from the RR3 - Rural Residential 3 zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

To amend and adopt Bylaw No. 12322 in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the C4 - Urban Centre Commercial zone. 

To give first, second and third reading to thirteen bylaws to update wording to reflect the new Zoning Bylaw No. 12375.

The following bylaws will be read together unless Council wants to separate one of the bylaws.

To amend the Fire and Life Safety Bylaw to allow additional requirements in the maintenance and standards for vacant premises and damaged buildings.

To amend the Plan Area of ARP21-0001 to include two additional lots adjacent the original Plan Area.

To provide Council with an update and amendment process for consideration of the Downtown Building Heights Map in the 2040 Official Community Plan, specifically as it relates to the east side of Ellis Street from Bernard Avenue to Clement Avenue.

To update Council on the provincial government’s new Local Government Climate Action Program, and to make the results of the Program’s survey public, as per the Program’s requirements.

To give Bylaw No. 12378 first, second and third reading.

To provide Council an outline of the KLO Bridge Replacement Project in support of Councils approval to submit a grant application to the 2022 UBCM Strategic Priorities Fund.

To maximize the agricultural benefit of the City-owned lands at 500-552 Glenmore Road by closing and consolidating the lands with a 0.229 ha (±0.717 ac) portion of excess adjacent roadway.
