To give Bylaw No. 11914 second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

Hwy 97 N 2339-2397, BL11919 (Z19-0018) - Dilworth Shopping Centre Ltd, Inc. No. 319846

To give Bylaw No. 11919 second and third reading in order to rezone the subject property from the C4 and C4rls zones to the C4rcs and C4rls/rcs zones.

To consider a new manufacturer lounge liquor license with an outdoor patio for Jackknife Brewing Inc to allow patrons to purchase and consume liquor products between the hours of 10:00 am to midnight for the indoor service area with a capacity of 70 people and 10:00 am to 11:00 pm for the patio service area with a capacity of 21 people.
