-Following on the heels of the HNA is the Housing Strategy where the City is able to articulate the means by which we will meet our housing needs
-Usually a 3–5-year action plan that sets the direction for the City’s housing work
-We’re also working on the Infill Options project, which aims to expand the opportunity for Missing Middle housing forms through the City’s core area
-Another project I’ll highlight is the Public Lands Inventory & Asessment. This is connected to the HNA and will look at the government-owned lands (City and other) and non-profit lands with the aim of identifying parcels that might be suitable for affordable housing
