To advise Council of the work in progress to develop a comprehensive Community Emergency Shelter Plan and to provide a high-level review of recommendations that will be presented to community stakeholders for feedback before finalizing the plan for Council consideration.

THAT this meeting be closed to the public pursuant to Section 90(1)(c),(l) and 90(2)(b) of the Community Charter for Council to deal with matters relating to the following:
