Regular PM Meeting - September 16, 2019

To rezone the subject property from RU1 - Large Lot Housing to RU1c – Large Lot Housing with Carriage House to facilitate the development of a carriage house.

To rescind Bylaw No. 11812 in order to rezone the subject property.

To give first reading to Bylaw No. 11937 in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1C - Large Lot with Carriage House zone.

To extend the deadline for adoption of Rezoning Amending Bylaw No. 11635 to July 31, 2020.

To consider a Development Permit for the reconfiguration of the Cook Road Parking Lot (non-accessory parking) that serves the Cook Road Boat Launch.

Requires a majority of all members of Council (5).
To adopt Bylaw No. 11246 in order to change the future land use designation of the subject property to allow the lands to be used for service commercial development.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11247 in order to rezone the subject property to allow the lands to be used for service commerical development.

To request Council to authorize after hours, non-emergency work for a duration longer than five days as allowed for in Traffic Bylaw 8120, Schedule B, Section 25 (c).
