To rezone the subject from the CD25 – Light Industrial – Residential Mixed Use zone to the I2 – General Industrial zone to facilitate the use of the property for an industrial development.

To give Bylaw No. 11681 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the CD25 - Light Industrial - Residential Mixed Use zone to the I2 - General Industrial zone.

To give Bylaw No. 11682 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU6 - Two Dwelling Housing zone.

To consider an application to rezone to RU1c – Large Lot Housing with Carriage House to facilitate the development of a carriage house.

To give Bylaw No. 11683 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

To consider an application to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c – Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone to facilitate the development of a carriage house.

To give Bylaw No. 11685 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

To rezone the subject property from the RU1 – Large Lot Housing zone to the RU6 – Two Dwelling Housing zone to facilitate the development of two dwelling housing.

To give Bylaw No. 11686 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU6 - Two Dwelling Housing zone.

To consider an application to rezone the subject properties from A1 – Agriculture 1 & RU2 – Medium Lot Housing to RU6 – Two Dwelling Housing to facilitate a proposed 5 lot subdivision.

To give Bylaw No. 11687 first reading in order to rezone the subject properties from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone and RU2 - Medium Lot Housing zone to the RU6 - Two Dwelling Housing zone.

To amend Bylaw No. 11649 at third reading and forward for adoption in order to rezone the subject properties to facilitate the development of a new industrial building.

To amend Bylaw No. 11649 at third reading to reflect the new legal description, and be adopted, in order to rezone the subject property from the A1 - Agriculture 1 zone to the I2 - General Industrial zone.

To consider endorsement of the Capri-Landmark Urban Centre Plan and to direct staff to move forward with Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw amendments to support the redevelopment objectives of the plan.

To obtain Council support to replace the current operating agreement with Fortis Energy Inc. which is set to expire October 31, 2018.

This report provides an update for Council on the activities of the local government partnership on sustainable transportation and the advances related to the Regional Transportation Plan.

To amend the Subdivision, Development and Servicing Bylaw 7900 Design and Construction Standards and Policy 266 – Approved Products List so they align with industry best practice and ensure construction of quality and long-lasting infrastructure.

To give Bylaw No. 11692 first, second and third readings in order to amend Subdivision, Development and Servicing Bylaw No. 7900 to align with industry best practice.

To amend the 2018 Financial Plan to include the Provincial funding for the Phase 2 Water Integration Project.

To transfer funds to facilitate works related to 2018 Flood Damage Response and Recovery.

To adopt a new Council Policy pertaining to debt financing.

Council to consider a property tax exemption for those organizations that have met the qualifications as outlined in Permissive Tax Exemption Policy #327.

Requires a 2/3 majority of Council.
To give Bylaw No. 11657 first, second and third readings in order to exempt from taxation certain lands and improvements situated in the City of Kelowna.

To seek Council’s direction on partnering with Recycle BC and the City of Kelowna residential recycling program.

To amend the 2018 Financial Plan to include additional funding requirements for the City Hall Elevator Renewal project.

To submit the Certificate of Sufficiency for the Downtown Kelowna Business Improvement Area and to advance Bylaw No. 11645 for adoption.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11645 in order to re-establish a local area service for the purposes of annually funding the Kelowna Downtown Business Improvement Area (2019-2023).
