To give Bylaw No. 11517 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RR3 – Rural Residential 3 zone to the RU1 – Large Lot Housing zone.

To rezone the subject property from RU1 – Large Lot Housing to RU1c – Large Lot Housing with Carriage House to facilitate the development of a carriage house.

To give Bylaw No. 11518 first reading  in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 – Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c – Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone

To rezone the subject property to facilitate the development of a rental multi-family complex.

To give Bylaw No. 11519 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU6 – Two Dwelling Housing zone to the RM4 – Transitional Low Density Housing zone.

To rezone the subject property from RU1 – Large Lot Housing to RU6 – Two Dwelling Housing to facilitate the construction of two single detached houses on the subject property.

To give Bylaw No. 11520 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 – Large Lot Housing zone to the RU6 – Two Dwelling Housing zone.

To give Bylaw No. 11521 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1c - Large lot Housing with Carriage House zone to the RU6 - Two Dwelling Housing zone.

To consider a Development Permit to allow the placement of 720 Solar Panel Modules, which will be used to supplement electrical output at Fortis BC’s Pier Mac Way substation.

 

To consider the form and character of a proposed middle school (public education service).

To adopt Bylaw No. 11490 in order to amend Chapter 14 - Urban Design DP Guidelines in the Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 10500.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11491 in order to amend the RU7 Infill Housing Zone in Zoning Bylaw No. 8000.

To provide Council with an update on the due diligence undertaken to explore the viability of a significant commercial component at the recently acquired park located at 4010-4020 Lakeshore Road.

To provide updates on the Community Social Development Grants program and request ongoing allocation of the transitional grant-in-aid funds as distributed in 2017.

Provide Council with information regarding inclusive washroom facilities.
