To provide Council with an overview of the Kelowna Fire Department (KFD) including; organization, services and programs, and current response system capacity. This is provided as a precursor to Council’s consideration of the KFD 2016-2030 Strategic Plan tentatively scheduled to be presented in early March 2016.
