The Oath of Office will be read by Councillor Hodge.

To give Bylaw No. 11603 second and third readings in order to rezone the subject properties as per Map A.

Requires a majority of all members of Council (5)
To give Bylaw No. 11604 second and third readings in order to change the Future Land Use designation for portions of the subject property from the IND - Industrial designation to the MXR - Mixed Use (Residential/Commercial) designation as per Map B.

To give Bylaw No. 11605 second and third reading in order to change the zoning for portions of the subject property from the I4 – Central Industrial and I2 – General Industrial zones to C4 – Urban Centre Commercial zone as per Map B.

To give Bylaw No. 11608 second and third readings in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone. 

The City Clerk will provide information as to how the following items on the Agenda were publicized.

City Clerk to state for the record any correspondence received.  Mayor to invite anyone in the public gallery who deems themselves affected by the liquor license application to come forward.
To seek Council’s support for a new Liquor Primary Licensed Establishment at the subject property.

To seek Council’s support for a new Liquor Primary License at the subject property.

To vary the required minimum side yard for a garage accessed from a flanking street and the required minimum rear yard on the subject property.
