To provide Council with an update on the activities of the RCMP and on progress toward goals and outcomes in the 2016-2019 Crime Reduction Strategy.

Annual presentation to Council by Artistic Director and CEO, Simone Orlando.

As directed by Council in the June 25, 2018 workshop, staff is bringing the Imagine Kelowna vision, principles and goals forward for endorsement.

To rezone the subject property from RR2 - Rural Residential 2 to RR2c – Rural Residential 2 with Carriage House to facilitate a carriage house.

To give Bylaw No. 11634 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RR2 - Rural Residential 2 zone to the RR2c - Rural Residential 2 with Carriage House zone.

To rezone the subject property to facilitate the development of multiple dwelling housing.

To give Bylaw No. 11635 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU6 - Two Dwelling Housing zone to the RM3 - Low Density Multiple Housing zone.

To give Bylaw No. 11636 first reading in order to rezone the subject properties from the RU6 - Two Dwelling Housing zone to the RM5 - Medium Density Multiple Housing zone.

To consider rezoning the subject property from RR1 – Rural Residential 1 zone to RU1c – Large Lot Housing with Carriage House.

To give Bylaw No. 11637 first reading to rezone the subject property from the RR1 – Rural Residential 1 zone to the RU1c – Large Lot Housing with Carriage House.

To amend the OCP future land use designations and rezone the subject properties to accommodate a 152-unit multiple residential community located on the corner of Hwy 33 and Bryden Rd.

Requires a majority of all Council (5).

To give Bylaw No. 11638 first reading in order to change the future land use designation for portions of some of the subject properties to the Educational / Major Institutional to Multiple Unit Residential (Medium Density) as per Map A.

To give Bylaw No. 11639 first reading in order to rezone portions of some of the subject properties from the P2 - Education and Minor Institutional zones to RM5 - Medium Density Multiple Housing zone as shown on Map B.

Rezoning application to rezone portions of the subject property to facilitate a single and two-unit residential subdivision for 526 Hawes Court.

To give Bylaw No. 11640 first reading in order to rezone portions of the subject property from RU1h - Large Lot Housing (Hillside Area) and RU2h - Medium Lot Housing (Hillside Area) zones to the RU6 - Two Dwelling Housing zone as shown on Map A.

To amend the Official Community Plan to change the future land use of the subject properties and to rezone the subject properties to facilitate the development of 77 3-storey townhouses on the subject properties.

Requires a majority of all Council (5).

To give Bylaw No. 11641 first reading in order to change the Future Land Use Designation on the subject properties  from the S2RES - Single / Two Unit Residential, EDINST – Educational/Major Institutional designation and S2RES - Single / Two Unit Residential designations to the MRL – Multiple Unit Residential (Low Density) designation.

To give Bylaw No. 11642 first reading in order to rezone the subject properties from the RU2 – Medium Lot Housing, P2 – Education and Minor Institutional and RR3 – Rural Residential zones to the RM3 – Low Density Multiple Housing zone.

To amend the Official Community Plan to update the greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction target policy to be consistent with the targets in the recently endorsed Our Kelowna as We Take Action: Kelowna’s Community Climate Action Plan.

Requires a majority of all Council (5).

To give Bylaw No. 11643 first reading in order to amend Chapter 6 - Environment in the Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 10500 to update the greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction target policy to be consistent with the targets in the recently endorsed Our Kelowna as We Take Action: Kelowna's Community Climate Action Plan.

To rezone the subject property from the RU1 – Large Lot Housing zone to the C4 – Urban Centre Commercial zone to facilitate the construction of a mixed-use commercial and residential tower development.

To give Bylaw No. 11644 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing to the C4 - Urban Centre Commercial zone.

To rezone the subject property from the C4 – Urban Centre Commercial zone to the C7 – Central Business Commercial zone to facilitate the construction of a mixed-use commercial and residential tower building.

To give Bylaw No.11646 first reading in order to rezone the subject property from the C4 - Urban Centre Commercial zone to the C7 - Central Business Commercial zone.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11421 in order to rezone the subject property from the RU6 - Two Dwelling Housing zone to the RM5 - Medium Density Multiple Housing zone.

To consider a Development Permit for the form and character of a 17-unit, 4-storey apartment building.

To amend Bylaw No. 11537 at third reading by updating the legal description and adopt in order to rezone the subject property from the Ru1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RM3 - Low Density Multiple Housing zone.

To consider a Development Permit for the form and character of a multi-family townhome development.

To waive a condition of adoption of Rezoning Bylaw No. 11613, and to forward the Bylaws for adoption.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11613 in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU2 - Medium Lot Housing zone.

To adopt Bylaw No. 11626 in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 – Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c – Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone. 

To adopt Bylaw No. 11627 in order to rezone the subject property from the RU1 - Large Lot Housing zone to the RU1c - Large Lot Housing with Carriage House zone.

To authorize the City to enter into Memoranda of Understanding with the District of Peachland, District of Lake Country, City of West Kelowna, and the Regional District of Central Okanagan regarding waste collection services.

To provide Council with an overview of the process that will be undertaken related to the development of the 2020-2025 Cultural Plan.

To transfer budget from the Sanitary Sewer Utility, to meet expected financial commitments for the Lane North of Fuller Sanitary Replacement, Lane North of Stockwell Sanitary Replacement and the Lane North of Martin Sanitary Replacement projects.
