Mayor Dyas called the meeting to order at 1:31 p.m.

Councillor Lovegrove declared conflict of interest due to his employment at UBCo and letter of support from the institution and left the meeting at 4:26 p.m.

- Provided comments of the draft resolution regarding the North Glenmore Sector Development Study and responded to questions from Council.

Councillor Lovegrove rejoined the meeting at 4:36 p.m.

Attended the Heritage Awards and City received the Conservation of a neighbourhood for Rotary Marsh Park.
