Mayor Dyas called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m.

Staff:

-Displayed a PowerPoint Presentation.

-Council Decision making responsibilities were reviewed.

-Spoke to Council decision making at a Council meeting by resolution and bylaw.

-The types of Council meetings were reviewed.

- Spoke to the various types of Council meetings decision making applications.

- Responded to questions from Council.
