City Manager reviewed each of the starred items and their corresponding impact on taxation 

 Taxation was 4.76% to 4.62% tax increase.

THAT Council amend the RCMP Regular Members (2) P2 item on page 107 to P1 with an increase in taxation of 0.07%

THAT Council amend the Firefighters - Two Positions P2 item on page 116 to P1 with an increase in taxation of 0.06%
